Teleport Earth Stations Installed Base by Application

The total number of satellite earth stations is expected to reach over 47,000 across 930 teleports globally by the end of 2025. Most satellite earth stations are designed to support communications networks operating in certain orbits (LEO, MEO, and GEO) and bands; however, the demand to cope with new multi-orbit, multi-frequency satellite networks is driving innovation in the ground segment.
