Wi-Fi 6 and Wi-Fi 7 will dominate the market, while Wi-Fi 6E will become obsolete. Customers that require thE 6 GHz spectrum will jump straight to the superior Wi-Fi 7 at a slightly higher price point than Wi-Fi 6E, and customers that do not require the spectrum will go with the cheaper Wi-Fi APs. We also expect Wi-Fi 8 to gain traction starting in 2028.
