On July 23, 2026, Carrier Global Corporation strengthened its smart building portfolio by acquiring 75F, a small proptech company and specialist in intelligent building automation using cloud-based software, wireless devices, and Artificial Intelligence (AI). Carrier has historically been known as a major Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning (HVAC) equipment manufacturer. However, over the past few years, it has been repositioning itself as a provider of climate-focused, intelligent building management and automation solutions.
