ChatGPT has been once again making headlines, but this time for the wrong reasons, as evidence of significant model drift has recently been published. Although, over time, model degradation is expected, it brings the risks of enterprise generative AI deployment back to the surface. Vendors looking to encourage the Business-to-Business (B2B) market must look to implement frameworks/tools to solve this and other challenges to help lower the risk for enterprise deployment.
