ABI Research Empowers Companies to Perform Own Survey Analysis with Launch of New Online Tool

The online and interactive cross-tabulation generator gives clients the opportunity to customize their own reports from questions in a single survey. “The online crosstab tool is a great way for clients to take control of survey results and perform comparisons that are most relevant to their business,” says Jeff Orr, group director, consumer research.

Now, clients of the services that wish to examine the underlying data can do so themselves via a simple, web-based tool. The self-service capability includes the ability to generate tables comparing the results of any single question to the results of any other question, enabling them to dig deeper into the data and explore relationships between groups. Data can be viewed by frequencies or percentages and the resulting tables can be exported as Excel files.
