Electric Vehicles per Charger by Type

ABI Research expects the growth of Electric Vehicle (EV) charging infrastructure to be closely linked to the growth in the stock of EVs. In 2025, our analysts forecast 26 EVs per Direct Current (DC) charge point, compared to 15 EVs per Alternating Current (AC) charge point. By 2035, these numbers will climb to 36 and 17, respectively.
