In October, Birmingham hosted the Smart Buildings 2016 event as part of the larger Construction Week 2016 exhibition. The exhibition featured state-of-the-art innovating technologies, including intelligent home sensors, renewable energy, end-to-end manufacturing, and smart lighting solutions, among others. One of the main features was the Security Dilemma discussion, which I was a part of. This insight is dedicated to providing a summary of key issues raised in the discussion, along with major takeaways at the event.
