Sacramento Plans Small Cell Network across the City


The city of Sacramento, California, has recently issued a Request for Information (RFI) for a prospective Community Wireless Broadband Network project. At this exploratory stage, the city is aiming to gain information about the feasibility and the cost of building a neutral host Small Cell network and public Wi-Fi across the city. Interested parties are requested to submit their proposals for the design, installation, and maintenance of the network by August 22, 2014.
