Smart City Projects Announced in San Jose and Mumbai


The city of San Jose and Intel Corporation announced on June 11, 2014 a public-private partnership to further the city’s green vision goals through a pilot smart city implementation. On the same day, the first smart city project was announced by Lodha Group in collaboration with IBM Corporation to build, operate, and manage the smart city infrastructure for a 6.25 square mile greenfield smart city project in Mumbai, India.
