Qualcomm Is Rumored to Buy Wilocity


There are reports stating that Qualcomm is looking to buy Wilocity for US$300 million. ABI Research believes the likelihood of this deal is very high. It will happen. Qualcomm’s relationship with Wilocity is very analogous to its past relationship to Atheros, which Qualcomm also acquired. However, there are multiple investors involved which will complicate the transaction.
