MobileIron Decides to Go Public


On April 7th, 2014, MobileIron, a leader in enterprise mobility management services, filed for a US$100 million IPO with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission. Key points from the prospectus include:

  • 2013 revenue of US$105.6 million
  • 40% of sales come internationally, primarily EMEA
  • 20% of 2013 revenues came from channel partner AT&T
  • Sales/marketing expenditures of US$68.3 million
  • R&D expenditures of US$36.4 million
  • 2013 net loss of US$32.5 million
