The First 4G LTE Car Plan in North America

On March 10, 2014, Audi of America and AT&T announced new data plans for the new 2015 A3 sedan, which is being launched this month. The A3 will be equipped with Audi’s connect in-car infotainment system and will be the first vehicle to have a 4G LTE data connection in North America.

Audi and AT&T are offering two data plan options: a 5 GB, 6-month plan for US$99 and a 30 GB, 30-month plan for US$499. All Audi A3 sedans equipped with Audi connect will receive a free 6-month trial period. In the summer, Audi plans to offer a mobile sharing data plan option for AT&T wireless customers who would like to include their vehicle on their existing mobile phone plan.
