Nokia Can Shift, Too, into Reverse with NSN

On July 1, Nokia announced the deal to buy out Siemens’ half of the infrastructure joint venture, Nokia Siemens Networks. As recently as two years ago, Nokia was desperately seeking a suitor for NSN from the private equity community. However, now its fortunes have reversed.
