Despite NFC having been touted as an emerging technology for several years, MNOs and their technology vendors have been relatively slow to address a number of practical issues affecting market adoption, including how best to deliver and manage the credentials and services which are required. The TSM market was the answer but it is still evolving, initially as business models and emphasis shifted with companies now looking to reduce the costs and complexity of TSM operations.
