Indoor mapping represents one of the best ways to interact with the consumer in an indoor environment. By combining apps, location, advertising, inventory, POS, emerging technology (NFC, AR, QR codes, etc.) and customer analytics, mobile maps create a better user experience, bigger shopping baskets, a more efficient store, and stronger advertising revenue. By the end of 2013, we will be seeing hundreds of thousands of maps with multiple licensing and subscription deals in place.
