Inside Sales Executive - New York City

Reporting to the President, the Inside Sales Executive has an assigned sales quota that requires cultivating and managing relationships with new and existing ABI clients. The Inside Sales Executive will up sell existing clients by demonstrating value to customers’ critical business issues; work with other account managers as necessary to uncover outside sales opportunities, sell ABI Research Reports and Market Data  and be rewarded for client retention and account growth sales.

Specific responsibilities include:

    • Manage a defined territory.
    • Primary goal of selling ABI Research syndicated services.
    • Secondary goal of managing transactional business.
    • Manage assigned accounts to up sell and/or renew on an ongoing basis.
    • Maintain an appropriate incremental sales pipeline to achieve sales goals and keep the ABI sales pipeline system update on all deals and sales activities.
    • Produce accurate and timely forecasts.
    • Maintain relationships to retain clients and win referrals to new clients.
    • Understand the changing business and technology issues and needs facing our client base.
    • Assist in lead qualification for outside sales team.   
    • Work with research teams to provide client  feedback

The Senior Account Executive will be responsible for developing new business relationships, managing a list of existing/assigned accounts, and developing new consulting opportunities. The Senior Account Executive will be engaged in account management and business development activities representing syndicated research, advisory services, and consulting.  

Specific responsibilities include:

New Business Development

  • Prospecting for new client relationships within an assigned territory
  • Developing new business opportunities within assigned client companies
  • Preparing quotes, distributing quotes to prospects, processing orders upon client acceptance

Photo Editor - Austin, Texas

Reporting the VP of Engineering, the Photo Editor will be responsible for editing photos of mobile phones and components found within mobile devices.  In addition to editing photos, the ideal candidate will assist in photo capture and other tasks associated with mobile device teardowns.

    • Editing very high definition photos
    • Assisting with image capture

Reporting to the Practice Director, the Analyst will contribute to data collection, analysis and writing about technologies related to video services, consumer electronics, cloud computing and cloud applications.

In this role, the analyst will be responsible for data collection and analysis across a selection of the following areas and products:

  • TV & Video: Over the top and multiscreen TV services, set-top boxes, transition of video to the internet, user experience in TV services, shifting consumption patterns
