Marketing Manager - Oyster Bay, New York

We are currently seeking a candidate to work closely with Graphics, Sales, Client Relations, and Production departments to create cohesive marketing campaigns and collateral. The ideal candidate has created and maintained marketing campaigns with tech specific experience a plus.

Responsibilities:

Editorial Production Coordinator - Oyster Bay, New York

We are currently seeking a candidate to oversee the production and publication of research deliverables. The primary responsibilities include: serving as the primary point of contact with research analysts for routine production communication, updating the status of research projects, implementing scheduling changes in the research calendar, and managing and training a team of contractor editors.

Specific responsibilities include:

Research Tracking

  • Kicking-off research projects and notifying the lead analyst that the research is scheduled to start
  • Updating changes in research dates for projects as requested by analysts
  • Creating and cancelling project records in ABI Research’s internal database
  • Checking in with analysts and the general managers of each research group to anticipate changes to the research calendar

Production Tracking

  • Verifying that all research project materials are submitted on time and sent to the appropriate peer reviewer
  • Keeping a detailed record and archiving all of the versions of a project as it moves through each production stage
  • Sending projects to contractors for editing and formatting
  • Verifying that all pricing, titles, and client service mapping for each deliverable is approved

Overseeing Publication

  • Preparing and uploading finalized PDF and Excel files to ABI Research’s internal database
  • Publishing deliverables to the ABI Research website
  • Sending client notification emails about newly published research
  • Tracking, editing, and republishing deliverables as needed when the content is updated
  • Archiving all research materials

Contractor Editor Management

  • Interfacing closely with a team of five remote contractors

  • Responding to inquiries regarding specific project editing/formatting
  • Training contractors on any changes to the ABI Research style guide and deliverable templates
  • Approving weekly invoices
