On January 11, 2013, Securicom, via a partnership with Blue Turtle Technologies, announced that it would make available Zenprise 7.01 to African companies. Africa is a market in which MDM providers could influence the enterprise mobility market. Countries like Kenya and Ethiopia are expecting economic stimulus by building the mobility infrastructure for 4G connectivity. With little competition and an underdeveloped MDM ecosystem, Zenprise could be in prime position to exploit this market for future gains.
