The LTE-only Market Will Start Faster than Most Expect
Market Insight
The first substantial 4G-only mobile CE device is hitting the market – the Samsung Galaxy Camera for Verizon Wireless’ network. Eventually it will create LTE-only versions for AT&T, and then later for Sprint. Additionally, more LTE-only products will come to market. They could include cameras, camcorders, game devices, security cameras, telematics solutions in cars, a range of M2M devices, and eventually handsets (once VoLTE is deemed to be reliable).
