Time Warner Expands Its “Wireless” Cable
Company Insight
WeFi announced on December 3, 2012 that it had successfully deployed its WeANDSF Wi-Fi network management solution with Time Warner Cable’s TWC Wi-Fi™ service. WeFi has adapted its technology for cable operators to be able to manage the on loading of data traffic to the cable network and integrate with the existing Wi-Fi network. With this agreement Time Warner Cable can now offer its customers access to a much larger network of qualified Wi-Fi access points.
