Dell has introduced the Latitude 6430u Ultrabook, the first WiGig /802.11ad-enabled Ultrabook. ABI Research expects the Ultrabook to be the major driver of 11ad/WiGig market growth in 2012/2013. Ultrabooks are the first category of devices to use 11ad/WiGig, but the smartphone market will be the main driver of 11ad growth over the next five years.
