The GT-S5233a is low-cost EDGE phone manufactured by Samsung. It was designed around a baseband chip from a primary vendor that has that has integrated the RF. Although low-cost, it still includes a 3Mp camera, color display, touch screen, BT, and FM radio. This report details how many chips are contained within the phone, the process technology, die sizes, PA support, power management, Bluetooth, and more.
