In this research report, data and analysis is provided for a survey of 700 mobile enterprise users each from the UK, France, and Germany, segmented by mobile operator. Survey questions covered topics of mobile phone brand and OS ownership, device feature and service interests, mobile services spend, and security service adoption and interests. Also included are laptop, netbook, and media tablet use, mobile broadband spend, and operator broadband provider. Questions answered from the report include: What is the difference in BlackBerry, Apple, and Android smartphone ownership between different country operators? What is the average enterprise user spend by mobile operator? How do UK Vodafone users differ from UK Orange users in device feature and service adoption and interests? How do France Orange users differ from Bouygues Telecom users in device feature and service adoption and interests? How do German Vodafone users differ from T-Mobile users in device feature and service adoption and interests? What are the differences between mobile operators for mobile security service adoption and interests? What is the average mobile broadband spend by operator customer? Results are provided for each country. Included in the country data sets is the respondent demographic profile including vertical industry, occupation, size of business, and age. The survey was conducted in June 2011.
