Phone Teardown

This phone has been highly publicized because it is one of the first design wins for the powerful NVIDIA processor, but other aspects of the phone are interesting too. Qualcomm wins the main chipset but it is not enough for this powerhouse. The chipset is supported by additional power management and a new partition of chips from Qualcomm. This phone is worth close examination and there are many incorrect assumptions about how it is put together.
