Moan about MTR Cuts Makes Europe's Telcos Sound Like Old Dull Utilities
Market Insight
- Published 28 Mar 2011 by Aapo Markkanen
Not long ago, the Financial Times ran a story with a mildly misleading but at the same time revealing title: “Regulator demands steep cut in mobile revenues”. The title is misleading in the sense that weighing in and dictating what is the appropriate level for companies’ revenues is not something industry regulators are mandated to do.
