Corning (GLW) has announced that it will purchase MobileAccess and make use of its Distributed Antenna Systems for In-Building Wireless (IBW). Although terms of the deal haven't been disclosed, we can assume that this move will enhance Corning's Telecommunications Division and add to its current cabling solutions for complementing DAS and repeater solutions, thus providing IBW coverage.
