Ericsson Acquires Telenor Connexion's M2M Service Delivery Platform

On April 19, 2011 Ericsson announced its acquisition of Telenor Connexion’s service delivery platform, which manages key functions of M2M service delivery, such as provisioning, billing and rating, and troubleshooting.
