New York Takes a Smart Step with Better e-Waste Management

A new law that took effect in New York recently makes it free and increasingly easy for local residents to discard broken or outdated TV sets, computers, and other electronics without having to worry about them contaminating the air, land, or ground water; electronics manufacturers are now responsible for their collection and recycling.
