ABI Research conducted an emerging technology survey with US consumers in both July 2009 and March 2011 to understand the awareness and adoption of netbook computers. In each of the years, more than 1,000 adult respondents answered questions about interest and ownership. This research product summarizes the survey findings, and it highlights trends between respondents from the last two years. What portion of the respondents are interested in netbooks? How many own them today? What price are respondents willing to pay, and what features and applications are they looking for a netbook to deliver?
