ADAS in China

Europe, US, and Japan automotive manufacturers such as Audi, Mercedes, or Toyota have been targeting the Chinese market with cars equipped with Advanced Driver Assistance Systems (ADAS). ADAS includes a number of safety features, such as lane departure warning, driver monitoring, adaptive cruise control and night vision systems. Although these gadgets vary from manufacturer to manufacturer, the purpose of such systems are essentially similar. They are there to help drivers minimize the possibilities of being involved in an accident.
