Largely a consumer service, Skype for the enterprise was thought most suitable for SMBs with freemium pricing model and service reliability that was deemed quite acceptable to the small business customer. However, Skype says that it is seeing considerable traction for the service even among large businesses – something that can get enterprise communications vendors thinking.
