Checkpoint Systems Acquires Shore To Shore - Expands Retail Tag Business

In February, Checkpoint Systems announced a definitive agreement to acquire Shore to Shore and all related assets. With locations in thirteen countries, Shore to Shore is a global retail apparel and footwear product identification company that provides hang tags, price tickets, printed paper tags, pressure sensitive products, woven labels, leather and leather-like labels, and heat transfer labels, along with brand protection and EAS (Electronic Article Surveillance) labels/tags for apparel manufacturers.
