Verizon announced a few weeks ago that it would replace its in-store Hub devices with its wireless netbook. While Verizon will continue to sell the device online, this announcement marks yet another blow to the Internet Appliance market. Why has Verizon decided to pull its Hub device from stores, and does this have wider market implications?
