I’m just completing a full-length report on the impact of the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act (Stimulus Bill) on 3G and Wi-Fi equipment and service providers. In reading through the entire bill, it became very clear that healthcare will be one of the major beneficiaries of this largess. While the bill rivals a Harry Potter book in length, it lacks plot twists and adventure. Will vendors tap into the magic of the Stimulus Bill?
