The current economic environment has not mitigated the customer’s desire for a more personalized mobile experience. Mobile services are well beyond the stage of novelty - the vast majority of customers are finding them to be an indispensible tool for day-to-day life. In industrialized regions, customers are using mobile phones for a great deal of their everyday communication, information, and entertainment needs. In the developing world, the mobile phone is a tool for communicating and accessing information. Could services personalization be the key to accelerating economic growth?
