As we approach the age of the truly Electric Car, we start thinking about worst-case scenarios, and what would happen if the worst fears of Range Anxiety (the growing dread, the further one gets from a home charging station, that one will run out of electricity and be stranded) are realized. Are we facing the prospect of roving bands of stranded motorists bearing extension cords or can roadside assistance come to the rescue?
