AT&T U-verse Selects Microsoft XBOX as Its Newest Set-top Box

Consumers often complain about having too many devices connected to their TV – STBs (Set-Top Boxes), Blu-ray players, game consoles, and now Internet adapters (digital media adapters). A recent announcement from AT&T provided a way to remove one STB (at least from the second TV in your house). Subscribers to AT&T’s U-verse service now have the option of using Microsoft’s 360 as an STB. Do any caveats to this plan exist or is this the answer to everyone’s complaints?
