AT&T has announced a new paradigm for smartphone data plan pricing that moves away from $30 unlimited plans to a tiered pricing structure. The new schema includes 200 MB of data for $15/mo, 2 GB for $25/mo, and a smartphone tethering option that bolts onto the 2GB plan for an additional $20/month.
