Consumer electronics manufacturer Pandigital has taken a page from its digital picture frame playbook and introduced its Novel eReader device. What makes the product compelling is that it is positioned squarely between the high-end and low-end of today’s devices. So-called "tweener" devices typically don't get a lot of hoopla.
