Driver distraction appears to be reaching new heights. Drivers are on the phone chatting away, texting, and even searching their portable devices for email addresses and telephone numbers while they're at the wheel. Many of us understand how wrong, and potentially dangerous, such activities are, but what do you do when those who are supposed to be policing drivers’ use of technology while behind the wheel are similarly distracted by technology?
