Some times problems, events, issues seem insurmountable, despite the best efforts of knowledgeable, thoughtful, responsible people. Other times, multiple problems have a single solution. Here’s a case in point: suppose there is a single solution that would encourage people to save their own lives (as well as the lives of others that they presently are endangering) and, at the same time, this simple solution also could re-invigorate public transportation?
