Trend: Mobile Interoperability Vendors Invade the Mobile Money Space

Since June, there has been a series of strategic moves by well-established mobile interoperability vendors to position themselves as providers of mobile money services. At first glance, Neustar, Amdocs, Roamware, and Syniverse do not seem to be likely candidates to impact mobile money services. However, further examination reveals that each has relationships and connectivity with the world’s MNOs (Mobile Network Operators).
