Are Femtocells at a Tipping Point?

There has been much discussion with regard to the finer points of the femtocell universe at the Avren Events European Femtocell Event, held in London. A star-studded cast was assembled and viewpoints were exchanged; conversations happened in dimly lit corners and meeting rooms with hushed voices and sideways glances; everyone was busy and there was a sensation of hustle and bustle. So why have I come away with an empty feeling? My major take-away was that the industry is in a delicate period where nobody wants to put their head above the parapet and say something new/controversial/insightful. The real question is whether this is the lull before the storm, or the signs of a cooling market.
