At the end of 2006, Hutchison 3 became the first to offer several data-hungry, Internet-based applications such as Skype, Windows Live Messenger, Yahoo, Orb, eBay, Slingbox, and Google under flat rate packages known as X-series. X-series has received a good response from countries where this service is offered, such as the United Kingdom, Hong Kong, Denmark, Sweden, Australia, Italy, and Austria.
