Account Development Manager-London

Description
Reporting to the Sales Director, the Account Development Manager (ADM) works in coordination with the assigned Outside Sales. The main responsibilities are developing leads in the assigned accounts, coordinating prospecting activities with Outside Sales, responding to incoming sales leads, and selling research reports. The ADM will sell ABI Research reports, upsell existing clients by demonstrating value to customers’ critical business issues and, work with Outside Sales to uncover new business opportunities.

Responsibilities:
·         Work within a defined territory
·         Sell ABI Research reports and other products.
·         Work with the Director on assigned accounts to upsell and/or renew on an ongoing basis
·         Maintain an appropriate incremental sales pipeline to achieve sales goals
·         Update the ABI sales database on all deals and sales activities

Description
Reporting to the Client Relations Manager, the Client Relations Associate will primarily be responsible for supporting the Outside Sales Team with new business development activities.  Secondarily, the Client Relations Associate will assist the Client Relations Manager in support of existing accounts.

Specific responsibilities include:
New Business Support

Specific responsibilities include:
  • Project management to support ABI Research consulting engagements

Description
Reporting to the Chief Research Officer, the Competitive Intelligence Analyst will lead the data collection, synthesis and client presentation of all competitive intelligence efforts at ABI Research.  The candidate will work closely with existing ABI analyst teams to deliver contextually relevant results to our clients.  In addition, the candidate will work with in-house ABI programmers to efficiently store, retrieve and present the data through new web-based tools.  The initial focus of this new research area will be on mobile applications and mobile device pricing.  Data will be collected largely through third-party web-scraping tools.
