Alvarion Sharpening Its Claws

Alvarion has sold it's cellular mobile business unit to LGC Wireless Inc. for $15 million. Tzvika Friedman, Alvarion's CEO, stated the company's straightforward reason: to focus all their resources and attention on WiMAX.
